Creamy chicken enchiladas 

Recipe from my sister in law

1 med onion
1 can chopped green chilies
1 oz package cream cheese cut up and softened
3 1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken breasts
8 tortillas
2 oz package monterey jack cheese

Saute onions then add chilies
Stir in cream cheese and chicken until cheese melts 

Fill and roll enchiladas and place in casserole dish

Cook at 350 for 45 min
